The unassembled stud wall frame (KIT) is compact, easy to transport, handle, and store (over 50 pieces fit in one square meter). It lets you choose the internal passage size (2-3/8" or 4-3/8") on-site based on wall thickness, which can be adjusted during installation. The innovative interlocking system means no screws or tools are needed, making assembly quick and easy.
Long lasting and paintable The frame is a durable anodized aluminum to prevent oxidation and then primer-coated to facilitate paint adhesion.
The frame profile weighs about 1.35 lbs/ft.
The frame is designed to avoid drywall from cracking around the door.
The open structure is 20% stronger against side bending than similar products on the market. The reinforced vertical and horizontal bars make it much sturdier than frames made from a single metal sheet, which are common in closed structures.
