BASE TRACK PROFILE

Solid base track that can be prepared for mounting to the floor with countersunk screws or left without drillings for a sleek silicone adhesive installation. The 1/4” profile is both highly functional and exceptionally safe as a discrete threshold between rooms, offering a clean transition while maintaining reliable durability.

ALTERNATE BASE TRACK PROFILE

For a flush-to-the-floor appearance, select the BE version of each Terra model. The base track is concave and easily mounts into a recessed channel in the floor, creating a clean, minimal aesthetic.

PATENTED SOFT-STOP TECHNOLOGY

MWE has engineered a maintenance-free soft-stop mechanism that is fully integrated into the solid stainless-steel rail for smooth, reliable performance. Specify soft-stop for one or both directions to assist with holding the door open or closed. Suitable for door weight up to 220 Lbs.
